Counselling is charged by the 'Counselling Hour' which - as you'd imagine is an hour long. This is made up of 50 minutes of counselling work and 10 minutes of administration and settling in.

 

For a standard counselling session we charge £50. 

We want to make counselling as accessable as we can, so we can tailor your sessions to suit your situation. We offer online counselling as well as in person so we can accomodate your schedule.
